纸质渠道：将填妥的“随行现金”申报表递交至距所越边境最近的警察部队（Forza di Polizia）指挥部或派驻机构。电子渠道（同一官方页面的等效替代）：越境前在 www.ttc.sm 在线提交，并随身携带系统赋予的申报注册号。 DD141 原文（2026-09-29）：附件1申报可在跨越边境前以电子方式传送（携纸本或电子副本及系统注册号），或书面递交至所越或拟越边境点最近的警察部队（Forza di Polizia）指挥部/派出机构，由该机构签发附办公室收讫证明的副本（copia con attestazione di ricevimento da parte dell'ufficio，系办公室收讫证明而非“会签/countersigned”），且携带人须将该副本随身携带（tale copia deve essere portata al seguito dal portatore）；不随行 ≥€10,000 现金最迟于交寄时由寄件人按附件2履行信息义务。
进入或离开圣马力诺共和国领土、随身携带“现金（denaro contante）”且总额“pari o superiore a 10.000 euro”（满1万欧元及以上，含恰好1万欧元）的自然人，必须按“随行现金（Accompagnato）”办理申报。“现金”范围：流通中（或可经金融机构/央行兑换为流通中）的纸币与硬币；无记名可转让票据（旅行支票；无记名支票、汇票及支付命令）；含金量≥90%的金币与≥99.5%的金条/金块/金砂聚合体；不记名且未关联银行账户的预付卡。即使未被执法警察拦停，申报义务同样存在。经邮政、快递、航空或其他货运方式移动的非随身现金适用另行“非随行（Non Accompagnato）”申报（收件人于收到后48小时内、寄件人最迟于交寄时），不在本条范围。
