方向：乘船抵达皮特凯恩的访客。据皮特凯恩群岛政府移民页：停留14天或以下、且乘同一船舶往返皮特凯恩的访客，可获短期访问签证，抵达皮特凯恩时申请。申请人须符合移民政策所列品格、健康、旅行与医疗保险及资金能力要求（州长可豁免）。短期访问签证申请在抵达时向移民官提出，方式为填写移民与生物安全合并申报表（抵达时发放）；无需提前申请，但D部分（品格）、E部分（移民史）或F部分（健康）任一回答为"是"者，建议出行前联系皮特凯恩移民局，可能需申请豁免。费用：据总督经与岛议会磋商、依《2006年移民管制条例》第2D(1)条颁布、自2026年6月2日起生效且标题载明适用于皮特凯恩、亨德森、迪西及奥诺群岛的《费用与征费通知》，短期访问签证申请费为NIL（免费）；此外，申请人另须按规定支付适用的按岛登岸费，该项收费不区分签证类别、按每岛每乘客计征：18岁或以上乘客每岛NZ$100；5岁以上且18岁以下乘客每岛NZ$50；5岁以下乘客NIL；恰好5岁乘客未落入任何所列档次，该确切年龄的登岸费金额未决（见PN-landing-fee-age-5-boundary-unspecified）。总督有裁量权减免申请费及登岸费（第2D(3)条）。同一通知另设其他收费事项——短期访问签证延期、乘客不登岸时的护照盖章、以及适用于进入领海的游轮及包租游览船舶的乘客人头费——属不同收费事项：本程序不列其金额，其亦非短期访问签证申请费的组成部分，且人头费适用于船舶而非申请人本人必缴的费用；详见国别报告。2026-03-22版《皮特凯恩群岛移民政策》（依《2006年移民管制条例》第2A条制定）第9条印证资格条件——停留14天或以下、乘抵达的同一船舶离境、抵达时向移民官出示有效旅行证件、抵达时缴纳全部适用费用（除非首席移民官已核准其他安排）——并规定短期访问签证申请由移民官在边境决定。
