在进入或离开尼日利亚过境前在线提交；随后须在边境向尼日利亚海关关员当面核验——核验前申报状态一直为待定。
尼日利亚海关现行电子货币申报表（E-CDF）适用于携带达到或超过1万美元（或等值）外币或有价值物品的旅客，双向适用：表内可选“入境（Inward）/出境（Outward）”方向，并载明须在进入或离开尼日利亚之前申报。表格要求选择入境或离境地点，可从列表所列国际机场、海港、陆路口岸中选择，或选“其他”。申报范围是现金货币、可转让票据（旅行支票/银行支票、汇票、本票、无记名债券、预付卡等）及宝石/贵金属或其他高价值物品——普通行李不通过此表申报。过境前在线提交；随后须在边境向尼日利亚海关关员当面核验。经正式关员核验前，申报状态一直为“待定”，仅取得参考号不等于已核验申报。表格声明免费，并载明其法律依据为《2022年洗钱（预防与禁止）法》、《1995年外汇（监管与杂项）规定法》与《2023年尼日利亚海关法》。
