- Declaration is made to an "authorised officer" as defined by Currency Declaration Act 2009 s 202(1)(a) (customs officer, immigration officer, police officer, quarantine officer, an official of the Banking Commission, or an official of the Postal Services Authority). 申报向2009年货币申报法第202(1)(a)条定义的"获授权官员"（海关、移民、警察、检疫官员，银行委员会或邮政管理局官员）作出。

入境时：本人携货币达1万美元（$10,000）或以上（门槛含本数）、或等值其他货币进入共和国者，于入境之时申报（第203(1)条）。出境时：携货币达到同门槛离开共和国者，于出境之时申报（第203(1)条）。仅在达到门槛时产生义务；未达门槛的旅客无须填报。所获文本未另规定期限；附表1表格介质未核验。
方向：进入和离开马绍尔群岛共和国双向适用。本人进入或离开该国时携带货币达1万美元（$10,000）或以上、或以任何其他货币折算等值者，须按本章附表1规定的表格向获授权官员作出申报（第203(1)条）。"货币"定义很宽（第202(1)(c)条）：马绍尔群岛或外国作为法定通货并惯常用作交换媒介的硬币和纸币；可兑换为货币的票据（支票、旅行支票、汇票、可转让票据）；贵金属和宝石；财政部长以命令指定的票据；以及电子形式货币。未申报或作虚假申报属犯罪，一经定罪可处不超过5万美元（$50,000）罚款及/或按第210条没收该货币（第203(3)条）。范围说明：第203(2)条就经由邮政、快递或转运将货币寄出或收进该国的申报义务属另一情形，本条目刻意不涵盖。附表1规定表格本身未附于所获官方PDF，表格名称、样式及提交渠道仍未核验；所获文本未规定任何费用。法源：2009年货币申报法（P.L. 2009-29，2009年5月11日生效），经P.L. 2019-101及P.L. 2020-25修订（Nitijela汇编 _3版）。
