2025年9月1日起，进出老挝前通过 LDIF 注册。
方向：持护照进出老挝的外国人和无国籍人。据移民局官方公告（2025-09-02发布）：移民局于2025年9月1日在四个国际口岸启用新的老挝数字入境表（LDIF）以简化边检流程——瓦岱国际机场、琅勃拉邦国际机场、巴色国际机场及老泰友谊大桥I——所有持护照的外国人和无国籍人须在进入或离开老挝前通过 immigration.gov.la 的 LDIF 注册。税费/现金门槛由另一已核现金申报事项覆盖。

入境和出境两个方向均在口岸向海关官员出示填妥的申报表及现金、贵金属与无记名票据。
2015年5月19日第06/NCC号规章与2020年《海关法（修订）》第81/NA号第51条均要求入出老挝的旅客——老挝公民、外国人及移民——携带现金、贵金属或无记名可转让票据总值超过1亿基普（或等值外币）时，向口岸海关官员申报：2015年规章填财政部印发的海关申报表，2020年法律填海关署指定的打印表格。现金含任何币种的纸币和硬币；票据含银行和旅行支票、汇票、债券及银行汇票等。恰为1亿基普时两份文件冲突：2015年规章第3条写明“达到100,000,000（一亿）基普或以上”，该恰等金额可能仍须申报，见未决事项；不得视为恰等即免报。出境另按2015年规章第4条出示相关机构证明、许可及此前进口文件，申报不能代替这些文件。
