从英国以外抵达马恩岛时：超额物品向海关关员申报（当面、红色电话，或红色通道/红色电话点）；或在抵达前 72 小时起通过旅客在线服务完税申报，之后如无其他应申报事项可走绿色通道；18 岁以下旅客在境外购买的免税烟酒须在抵达前申报。
适用对象、例外与限额（完整说明）
范围与方向：从英国以外国家抵达马恩岛的旅客——页面自身口径为“从英国以外的国家旅行时，可在指定限额内免缴关税和/或税项（VAT）携入物品，即免税额度”。从英国抵达的规则见 IM-arrival-from-uk-goods-declaration（gov.im《Travelling to the Island from the UK》页，2026-09-29 已取得）。额度仅适用于自用并由本人携带运输的物品；用于出售或收取任何对价的属商业用途，不适用额度。额度：酒类（17 岁以下无额度）——22% ABV 以上烈酒或高度利口酒 4 升，或加强型葡萄酒（如波特酒、雪莉酒）、起泡酒及其他 22% ABV 以下酒精饮料 9 升，可在酒类总额度内合并；另可携入啤酒 42 升、静态葡萄酒 18 升。烟草（17 岁以下无额度）——卷烟 200 支，或小雪茄 100 支，或雪茄 50 支，或烟草（含水烟丝）250 克，或加热烟草棒 200 支，可在烟草总额度内合并；酒类与烟草额度不可相互合并。18 岁以下规则：在购买国可合法购买免税酒类的 18 岁以下旅客，携回岛上的任何酒类和烟草必须在抵达马恩岛前申报。其他物品（含礼品与纪念品）——多数旅客不超过 £390；乘私人飞机或游艇休闲抵达的旅客仅为 £270。申报动作：所列物品超过所示限额时，请向在场的海关关员申报或使用红色电话（Ronaldsway 机场与海运码头到港厅设有红色电话）；抵达时携有应申报的个人物品或现金，必须走红色通道或使用红色电话点。也可在抵达前 72 小时起使用 HMRC 旅客在线服务（Online Service for Passengers）缴纳应付税款并申报；已在线申报且无其他应申报事项者可走绿色通道，并保留申报参考号与电子邮件回执备查。后果：携入超过额度的物品，须就该类别全部物品（而非仅超额部分）计税；个人额度不得与其他旅客共享；未申报超额物品的，该额度类别内携带的全部物品均可能被扣押，而非仅超额部分。申报方式：据 gov.im 进出口页，多数自用物品可以行为方式申报（如走绿色通道）或在红色通道向关员口头申报，此类方式仍属法定申报。税率：已获取页面未列明（马恩岛依据 1979 年《海关与货物税协定》与英国对齐关税与货物税率，并链接 GOV.UK 简化税率），故税率记录为 unknown。
