下载、打印并填写84a申报表（海关84号表），入境或出境以色列时交口岸海关官员；若出入境地点无海关官员在场，须自入境或出境时起72小时内以挂号信（附送达确认）寄至：反洗钱国家中心，海关与增值税司总部，邮政信箱320，耶路撒冷9100202。对是否须申报有疑问时，可咨询口岸海关人员。
任何入境或离境以色列并持有资金者须申报，范围包括现金、银行支票、旅行支票、无记名证券、可转让票据及支付卡。确证义务：按该页所引《禁止洗钱法》第9条提示，资金价值超过门槛——50,000新谢克尔，或经陆路口岸时超过12,000新谢克尔——即须申报。但同页金额列表写作“50,000 ILS or more（经任意口岸）”与“12,000 ILS or more（经Nizana、Jordan River、Yitzhak Rabin、Taba四口岸）”，故恰好等于50,000或12,000谢克尔是否必须申报未获确证（见IL-audit-2；页面自述其信息与法律冲突时以法律为准）。同行者分持的共有资金合计达标同样可能触发申报义务。艾伦比（Allenby）口岸由页面另链的独立线上申报服务办理，不适用上述金额。Form84服务免费。
