适用对象、例外与限额（完整说明）
所有入境格林纳达的人员依法须向海关申报其行李中所含或随身携带、在格林纳达境外取得的任何物品，并须回答海关官员就其旅行、行李及其内容与其他进口物品所提的全部问题。这是同一条旅客到达海关申报程序，不是两项独立申请或两张表格。提交渠道——在线ED表：旅客须填写在线移民与海关表格（海关页将该表链接至 edcard.gov.gd），于抵达前72小时开放；填写完成后，移民与海关回执应保存于乘客移动设备或打印，抵达时向海关出示；填写申报须诚实——不实信息可导致延误与处罚。抵达现场步骤——红/绿通道：页面载明海关在莫里斯·毕晓普国际机场（Maurice Bishop International Airport）设有2条通道；本记录将红/绿通道步骤限于该机场，不外推至其他入境口岸。绿道（Nothing to Declare）：供仅携带允许物品的旅客快速通关；走过绿道即构成“视同申报”（deemed declaration），表示没有超过免税额度的物品，也没有禁止或受限物品；仍可能被抽查。红道（Goods to Declare）：用于申报须缴关税或特别清关的物品，即超额、高价值、受限或商用物品；旅客须向海关官员申报，未申报可致罚款、没收或法律行动；如不确定物品是否被允许或应税，应一律走红道。免税额度是本程序的条件而非独立表单：烟草类200支香烟或50支雪茄或250克烟草；酒类1升葡萄酒或1升烈酒；香酒（perfumed spirits）10液盎司；其他物品价值不超过EC$1,000.00。下列情形不获免税：离开格林纳达不足二十四（24）小时即入境者；未满十八（18）岁者就烈酒（香酒除外）、烟草类或葡萄酒不获免税；物品为商业目的带入的一律不获免税。红道物品应缴的关税/税款与申报本身的服务费分立；现行页面未载明申报本身的任何服务费。
