就本人相应航程（经航空口岸的入境或出境）行前在平台填写（公告措辞"jusqu'à 72 heures avant son voyage"，官文未定精确时窗）；二维码或电子fiche就该次航程向检查员出示；一次提交能否同时用于入境与出境两个方向、每次提交规则与时窗，本国官文未规定；平台故障时到机场现场办理警察手续。
适用对象、例外与限额（完整说明）
旅客本人在fichedevoyage.gov.bf填写的边防警察电子表，表头为"FORMALITES D'IMMIGRATION / D'EMIGRATION"：同一官方门户与同一表单类别支持入境（immigration）与出境（emigration）两种旅行方向，旅客就本人相应航程填写并出示；依次填写身份、旅行证件、行程与航班信息并作如实申报确认，校验后生成二维码或电子fiche，旅行时向移民检查员出示。单次已提交记录（一个二维码或电子fiche）能否同时覆盖入境与出境两次移动（如一次往返）、每次提交的规则与时窗，本国官文无可读明文，本记录不作此推断；外国官方"每次旅行"类表述不作为本国依据。官方FAQ称：电子或纸质fiche de voyage为乘机所需文件；不在布基纳法索居住的旅客同样经该网站办理；平台持续故障时，旅客携护照及所需旅行文件到机场现场办理警察手续。该平台于2026年4月8日在瓦加杜古国际机场正式启动；启动时安全部长称"chaque voyageur peut désormais renseigner sa fiche jusqu'à 72 heures avant son voyage"——该法文措辞未给出明确最早开放时间或硬性截止，本记录不作硬译。表格警示明知填报虚假信息将依2024年2月22日第001-2024/ALT号法（外国人入境与停留、本国人及外国人出境条件法）处以监禁和罚金。本轮官源仅证明该航空口岸（瓦加杜古）已启动的服务；其他机场及陆路、海港口岸适用性无证据。各官方页面均未显示办理费。

于入境或出境时刻办理；所携总额达到路线阈值时，在该出入境口岸向海关申报。
按路线分两档的实体现金及无记名可转让票据申报，均为含本数的阈值。（1）UMOA成员之间：自UMOA另一成员国进入布基纳法索、或离开布基纳法索前往另一成员国者，所携金额达到1,000万CFA及以上（含本数），须于入出时刻在出入境口岸向海关申报（2025年3月18日002-03-2025号指令，签署即生效）。（2）第三国：自第三国进入成员国、或离开成员国前往第三国者，所携金额达到500万CFA及以上（含本数），同样须在出入境口岸向海关申报（2024年7月16日231/07/2024号指令，明文取代008-09-2017旧令）。两项阈值以"à partir duquel"表述，均含本数；违反者按UMOA统一反洗钱法受罚。本项为一般现金/票据报告义务，与2025年外汇书面申报（见BF-fx-payment-means-declaration）为两套义务；二者关系及同一口岸是否合并一次提交，指令原文未规定，留未决。
