入境安圭拉时，于 Comptroller 经总督会同行政局批准所指示的地点与方式办理（Customs Act s89(1)）。
每名进入安圭拉的人均须填写《海关（申报表）条例》（R.R.A. C169-9）第1(1)条 Schedule 所列表格或同效表，以完成 Customs Act 第89(1) 条所指的申报。入境者可代同行配偶或未满18岁子女作出申报，被代报者无须重复申报（第1(2)-(3)条）。Customs Act 第89(1) 条决定须披露的货物范围：行李内或随身携带、在安圭拉境外取得之物，或在安圭拉境内未完税取得的应课税（dutiable）/应征税费（chargeable）货物，且无任何成文法豁免资格者。以上文本出自2010年12月15日修订版重编本，本批未核实后续修订。

出入境时，按 Comptroller 指示的表格、方式与内容要件办理（Customs Act s89(2)(a)）。
出入安圭拉（入境或出境）的人，如持有现金（currency）、支票（cheques）或货币票据（monetary instruments）或其任何组合，达‘$27,000 或以上’（of or exceeding，含本数），或任何货币或货币组合的等值，须按 Comptroller 指示的表格与方式申报并作出报告（Customs Act s89(2)(a)）。就入境者，《海关（货币报告）条例》（R.R.A. C169-10）第1条规定：携现金或货币票据合计‘超过 $27,000’（over，严格超过）者，须按 s89(2) 回答 Schedule 表格（或同效表）中的问题。两文本在入境且恰为 $27,000 时不一致：主法为含本数、入出境双向；条例为严格超过、仅入境。本记录按原文并列、留冲突未决——不得由条例推出出境免报，也不得以其严格超过收窄主法的含本数。条例措辞亦未列‘支票’。法条仅写 ‘$27,000’，本批无可读的官方币种定义，故不作美元或其他换算。本程序是 s89(2)/C169-10 项下的货币报告，并非一般行李申报表的重复字段。文本出自2010年12月15日修订版重编本（s89(2) 经 2010年第15号法令第19条修正），本批未核实后续修订。
