预定航班时间前72小时内、抵达前填写：出行当天、前一天或最迟三天前均可。
经V.C. Bird国际机场前往安提瓜和巴布达的旅客获鼓励在抵达前于 www.ArriveAntigua.com 在线填写移民及海关申报表；原纸质ED卡已被该一体化电子系统替代。完成后获发二维码（可截图保存、加入iPhone钱包或保留邮件确认），所有抵达V.C. Bird国际机场的旅客在海关处将被要求出示Arrive Antigua二维码。抵达现场为需要协助的旅客提供协助。无需下载App，可用手机、平板或电脑填写；表内含与停留及海关申报有关的简短问卷。页面另将“抵达与出境更快捷”列为出示二维码的用途，但未据此设立单独的出境程序。回答海关提问及申报境外取得物品、超额货物的义务另记于 AG-arrival-customs-declaration，不因电子表而免除。

适用对象、例外与限额（完整说明）
在V.C. Bird国际机场，入境旅客前往指定海关队列——“Nothing to Declare”（无申报）队，或如物品须申报则改走“Declare”（申报）队——并应备妥Declaration form（申报表）。按机场页，只有携带超出免税额货物的抵安提瓜和巴布达者才需完成Customs Declaration；同户多名成员同行时，可由一名成员完成合并海关申报。价值严格大于（>）10,000美元（USD $10,000）的现金及可转让票据须向海关申报——“现金”含任何币种的硬币与纸币，“可转让票据”含支票、旅行支票、本票及汇票；该页属入境旅客指引，未陈述对应的出境申报门槛。另据海关及货物税局本域Airport Baggage Section页：所有入境人员依法须向海关申报其行李中或随身携带、在安提瓜和巴布达境外取得的物品，并须回答海关关员就其旅行、行李及内容物与其他进口物品提出的全部问题；此为加于全体入境者“向海关申报并回答关员询问”的一般法定义务，并非要求全体入境者填写超额货物的Customs Declaration。同一海关页述及纸质合并Immigration/Customs申报表于入出境口岸、航司与船舶代理及其办事处发放，并建议抵达前预先填妥。两页均未说明该纸质合并表与ArriveAntigua电子表的关系，亦未说明超额货物Customs Declaration的填写载体（纸质或在电子表内）；两项仍列为未知，记于AG-audit-3。
