出行前或旅途中，经Afsah网站/手机应用或口岸核准的其他披露系统办理。
进出阿联酋（双向）旅客携带现金、货币、无记名可转让金融工具、贵金属和宝石，价值超过60,000迪拉姆或其等值时须披露——为严格超过：不超过60,000迪拉姆可免予披露。未满18岁旅客所持金额并入随行成年家庭成员，合并总额不超过60,000迪拉姆为限。两篇2023年ICP官文的独立额度措辞均为'over the age of 18'（字面为超过18周岁、严格大于18：2023-02-07作'each family member over the age of 18'，2023-04-06作'all travelers to and from the State over the age of 18'），并入条款均用'under the age of 18'（严格未满18；2021年FCA稿作'below 18 years'，并入父母额度）。无任何原文明示恰满18岁者享有独立额度或并入成人额度——恰满18岁在字面上落于两类条款之间的空隙，保留未决（见AE-age-18-independent-allowance），且不以阿联酋民法成年年龄填补：现行记录中未见海关披露规则与任何成年年龄条款的明确连接。严格超过60,000迪拉姆的披露门槛为独立条件，不与年龄边界混同。披露经'Afsah'系统（网站与手机应用）或阿联酋口岸另行核准的披露系统办理；申报主体含自然人与法人。
