紙質渠道：將填妥的“隨行現金”申報表遞交至距所越邊境最近的警察部隊（Forza di Polizia）指揮部或派駐機構。電子渠道（同一官方頁面的等效替代）：越境前在 www.ttc.sm 線上提交，並隨身攜帶系統賦予的申報註冊號。 DD141 原文（2026-09-29）：附件1申報可在跨越邊境前以電子方式傳送（攜紙本或電子副本及系統註冊號），或書面遞交至所越或擬越邊境點最近的警察部隊（Forza di Polizia）指揮部/派出機構，由該機構簽發附辦公室收訖證明的副本（copia con attestazione di ricevimento da parte dell'ufficio，系辦公室收訖證明而非“會籤/countersigned”），且攜帶人須將該副本隨身攜帶（tale copia deve essere portata al seguito dal portatore）；不隨行 ≥€10,000 現金最遲於交寄時由寄件人按附件2履行資訊義務。
進入或離開聖馬力諾共和國領土、隨身攜帶“現金（denaro contante）”且總額“pari o superiore a 10.000 euro”（滿1萬歐元及以上，含恰好1萬歐元）的自然人，必須按“隨行現金（Accompagnato）”辦理申報。“現金”範圍：流通中（或可經金融機構/央行兌換為流通中）的紙幣與硬幣；無記名可轉讓票據（旅行支票；無記名支票、匯票及支付命令）；含金量≥90%的金幣與≥99.5%的金條/金塊/金砂聚合體；不記名且未關聯銀行賬戶的預付卡。即使未被執法警察攔停，申報義務同樣存在。經郵政、快遞、航空或其他貨運方式移動的非隨身現金適用另行“非隨行（Non Accompagnato）”申報（收件人於收到後48小時內、寄件人最遲於交寄時），不在本條範圍。
