抵達聖赫勒拿時，在入境海關大廳填寫並提交。
所有入境聖赫勒拿的旅客（或家庭戶主）均須填寫第二附表所載表格（“Every passenger or head of family MUST complete this form when entering St Helena”）並交海關；依規例第10(2)條，Collector（海關負責人）可豁免特定旅客。如無任何須申報之物，請填寫“NONE”；在聖赫勒拿以外取得、不屬免稅額度（即不享 dues 豁免）的物品須列明——依《Customs and Excise Ordinance, 1999》第30條，僅不享 dues 豁免的貨物須列報，免稅額度內物品無須逐項列報。地域範圍：僅聖赫勒拿島；不外推至阿森松（Ascension）與特里斯坦達庫尼亞（Tristan da Cunha）。

於進入或離開聖赫勒拿時，填寫第四附表現金申報表，並按海關關員要求提供來源與預期用途資訊。
觸發：攜帶貨幣、支票或貨幣票據，或其任何組合，總額嚴格超過6,000英鎊，或以任何單一或組合幣種計的等值金額。方向：進入或離開聖赫勒拿均適用。義務：(a) 以第四附表所載表格申報該事實——該現金申報表記錄個人資料（姓名、出生日期與出生國、國籍、職業、家庭住址）、系入境或離境、貨幣金額（如需附明細），並簽署證明：所有申報真實、準確、完整，且知悉未完整申報即屬犯罪，可導致貨物沒收、罰款及/或監禁；附表註釋載明貨幣票據包括硬幣、貨幣、旅行支票及無記名票據（如個人支票）；(b) 按海關關員要求提供該貨幣、支票或票據來源及預期用途的資訊；關員須記錄身份識別及其他資料，並可將該資訊提供給《2008年反洗錢條例》（Money Laundering Ordinance, 2008）第9條設立的反洗錢報告機構。不申報或不按要求提供資訊即屬犯罪：罰款2,000英鎊或監禁6個月，或兩者並罰。地域範圍：僅聖赫勒拿島；不外推至阿森松與特里斯坦達庫尼亞。
