方向：乘船抵達皮特凱恩的訪客。據皮特凱恩群島政府移民頁：停留14天或以下、且乘同一船舶往返皮特凱恩的訪客，可獲短期訪問簽證，抵達皮特凱恩時申請。申請人須符合移民政策所列品格、健康、旅行與醫療保險及資金能力要求（州長可豁免）。短期訪問簽證申請在抵達時向移民官提出，方式為填寫移民與生物安全合併申報表（抵達時發放）；無需提前申請，但D部分（品格）、E部分（移民史）或F部分（健康）任一回答為"是"者，建議出行前聯繫皮特凱恩移民局，可能需申請豁免。費用：據總督經與島議會磋商、依《2006年移民管制條例》第2D(1)條頒佈、自2026年6月2日起生效且標題載明適用於皮特凱恩、亨德森、迪西及奧諾群島的《費用與徵費通知》，短期訪問簽證申請費為NIL（免費）；此外，申請人另須按規定支付適用的按島登岸費，該項收費不區分簽證類別、按每島每乘客計徵：18歲或以上乘客每島NZ$100；5歲以上且18歲以下乘客每島NZ$50；5歲以下乘客NIL；恰好5歲乘客未落入任何所列檔次，該確切年齡的登岸費金額未決（見PN-landing-fee-age-5-boundary-unspecified）。總督有裁量權減免申請費及登岸費（第2D(3)條）。同一通知另設其他收費事項——短期訪問簽證延期、乘客不登岸時的護照蓋章、以及適用於進入領海的遊輪及包租遊覽船舶的乘客人頭費——屬不同收費事項：本程序不列其金額，其亦非短期訪問簽證申請費的組成部分，且人頭費適用於船舶而非申請人本人必繳的費用；詳見國別報告。2026-03-22版《皮特凱恩群島移民政策》（依《2006年移民管制條例》第2A條制定）第9條印證資格條件——停留14天或以下、乘抵達的同一船舶離境、抵達時向移民官出示有效旅行證件、抵達時繳納全部適用費用（除非首席移民官已核准其他安排）——並規定短期訪問簽證申請由移民官在邊境決定。
