在進入或離開尼日利亞過境前線上提交；隨後須在邊境向尼日利亞海關關員當面核驗——核驗前申報狀態一直為待定。
尼日利亞海關現行電子貨幣申報表（E-CDF）適用於攜帶達到或超過1萬美元（或等值）外幣或有價值物品的旅客，雙向適用：表內可選“入境（Inward）/出境（Outward）”方向，並載明須在進入或離開尼日利亞之前申報。表格要求選擇入境或離境地點，可從列表所列國際機場、海港、陸路口岸中選擇，或選“其他”。申報範圍是現金貨幣、可轉讓票據（旅行支票/銀行支票、匯票、本票、無記名債券、預付卡等）及寶石/貴金屬或其他高價值物品——普通行李不通過此表申報。過境前線上提交；隨後須在邊境向尼日利亞海關關員當面核驗。經正式關員核驗前，申報狀態一直為“待定”，僅取得參考號不等於已核驗申報。表格聲明免費，並載明其法律依據為《2022年洗錢（預防與禁止）法》、《1995年外匯（監管與雜項）規定法》與《2023年尼日利亞海關法》。
