- Declaration is made to an "authorised officer" as defined by Currency Declaration Act 2009 s 202(1)(a) (customs officer, immigration officer, police officer, quarantine officer, an official of the Banking Commission, or an official of the Postal Services Authority). 申报向2009年货币申报法第202(1)(a)条定义的"获授权官员"（海关、移民、警察、检疫官员，银行委员会或邮政管理局官员）作出。

入境時：本人攜貨幣達1萬美元（$10,000）或以上（門檻含本數）、或等值其他貨幣進入共和國者，於入境之時申報（第203(1)條）。出境時：攜貨幣達到同門檻離開共和國者，於出境之時申報（第203(1)條）。僅在達到門檻時產生義務；未達門檻的旅客無須填報。所獲文本未另規定期限；附表1表格介質未核驗。
方向：進入和離開馬紹爾群島共和國雙向適用。本人進入或離開該國時攜帶貨幣達1萬美元（$10,000）或以上、或以任何其他貨幣折算等值者，須按本章附表1規定的表格向獲授權官員作出申報（第203(1)條）。"貨幣"定義很寬（第202(1)(c)條）：馬紹爾群島或外國作為法定通貨並慣常用作交換媒介的硬幣和紙幣；可兌換為貨幣的票據（支票、旅行支票、匯票、可轉讓票據）；貴金屬和寶石；財政部長以命令指定的票據；以及電子形式貨幣。未申報或作虛假申報屬犯罪，一經定罪可處不超過5萬美元（$50,000）罰款及/或按第210條沒收該貨幣（第203(3)條）。範圍說明：第203(2)條就經由郵政、快遞或轉運將貨幣寄出或收進該國的申報義務屬另一情形，本條目刻意不涵蓋。附表1規定表格本身未附於所獲官方PDF，表格名稱、樣式及提交渠道仍未核驗；所獲文本未規定任何費用。法源：2009年貨幣申報法（P.L. 2009-29，2009年5月11日生效），經P.L. 2019-101及P.L. 2020-25修訂（Nitijela彙編 _3版）。
