2025年9月1日起，進出老撾前通過 LDIF 註冊。
方向：持護照進出老撾的外國人和無國籍人。據移民局官方公告（2025-09-02發佈）：移民局於2025年9月1日在四個國際口岸啟用新的老撾數字入境表（LDIF）以簡化邊檢流程——瓦岱國際機場、琅勃拉邦國際機場、巴色國際機場及老泰友誼大橋I——所有持護照的外國人和無國籍人須在進入或離開老撾前通過 immigration.gov.la 的 LDIF 註冊。稅費/現金門檻由另一已核現金申報事項覆蓋。

入境和出境兩個方向均在口岸向海關官員出示填妥的申報表及現金、貴金屬與無記名票據。
2015年5月19日第06/NCC號規章與2020年《海關法（修訂）》第81/NA號第51條均要求入出老撾的旅客——老撾公民、外國人及移民——攜帶現金、貴金屬或無記名可轉讓票據總值超過1億基普（或等值外幣）時，向口岸海關官員申報：2015年規章填財政部印發的海關申報表，2020年法律填海關署指定的列印表格。現金含任何幣種的紙幣和硬幣；票據含銀行和旅行支票、匯票、債券及銀行匯票等。恰為1億基普時兩份文件衝突：2015年規章第3條寫明“達到100,000,000（一億）基普或以上”，該恰等金額可能仍須申報，見未決事項；不得視為恰等即免報。出境另按2015年規章第4條出示相關機構證明、許可及此前進口文件，申報不能代替這些文件。
