下載、列印並填寫84a申報表（海關84號表），入境或出境以色列時交口岸海關官員；若出入境地點無海關官員在場，須自入境或出境時起72小時內以掛號信（附送達確認）寄至：反洗錢國家中心，海關與增值稅司總部，郵政信箱320，耶路撒冷9100202。對是否須申報有疑問時，可諮詢口岸海關人員。
任何入境或離境以色列並持有資金者須申報，範圍包括現金、銀行支票、旅行支票、無記名證券、可轉讓票據及支付卡。確證義務：按該頁所引《禁止洗錢法》第9條提示，資金價值超過門檻——50,000新謝克爾，或經陸路口岸時超過12,000新謝克爾——即須申報。但同頁金額列表寫作“50,000 ILS or more（經任意口岸）”與“12,000 ILS or more（經Nizana、Jordan River、Yitzhak Rabin、Taba四口岸）”，故恰好等於50,000或12,000謝克爾是否必須申報未獲確證（見IL-audit-2；頁面自述其資訊與法律衝突時以法律為準）。同行者分持的共有資金合計達標同樣可能觸發申報義務。艾倫比（Allenby）口岸由頁面另鏈的獨立線上申報服務辦理，不適用上述金額。Form84服務免費。
