所有入境格林納達的人員依法須向海關申報其行李中所含或隨身攜帶、在格林納達境外取得的任何物品，並須回答海關官員就其旅行、行李及其內容與其他進口物品所提的全部問題。這是同一條旅客到達海關申報程序，不是兩項獨立申請或兩張表格。提交渠道——線上ED表：旅客須填寫線上移民與海關表格（海關頁將該表連結至 edcard.gov.gd），於抵達前72小時開放；填寫完成後，移民與海關回執應保存於乘客移動設備或列印，抵達時向海關出示；填寫申報須誠實——不實資訊可導致延誤與處罰。抵達現場步驟——紅/綠通道：頁面載明海關在莫里斯·畢曉普國際機場（Maurice Bishop International Airport）設有2條通道；本記錄將紅/綠通道步驟限於該機場，不外推至其他入境口岸。綠道（Nothing to Declare）：供僅攜帶允許物品的旅客快速通關；走過綠道即構成“視同申報”（deemed declaration），表示沒有超過免稅額度的物品，也沒有禁止或受限物品；仍可能被抽查。紅道（Goods to Declare）：用於申報須繳關稅或特別清關的物品，即超額、高價值、受限或商用物品；旅客須向海關官員申報，未申報可致罰款、沒收或法律行動；如不確定物品是否被允許或應稅，應一律走紅道。免稅額度是本程序的條件而非獨立表單：菸草類200支香菸或50支雪茄或250克菸草；酒類1升葡萄酒或1升烈酒；香酒（perfumed spirits）10液盎司；其他物品價值不超過EC$1,000.00。下列情形不獲免稅：離開格林納達不足二十四（24）小時即入境者；未滿十八（18）歲者就烈酒（香酒除外）、菸草類或葡萄酒不獲免稅；物品為商業目的帶入的一律不獲免稅。紅道物品應繳的關稅/稅款與申報本身的服務費分立；現行頁面未載明申報本身的任何服務費。
