反洗錢路線分檔的實體現金及無記名可轉讓票據運輸申報，與2025年旅行者外匯申報（另見CI-fx-payment-means-declaration）分立。BCEAO名錄列科特迪瓦為UMOA八個成員國之一，BCEAO指令在科特迪瓦適用，受理機關為出入境口岸的海關部門。（1）成員國之間：自另一成員國進入科特迪瓦、或離開科特迪瓦前往另一成員國者，所攜現金及無記名可轉讓票據金額達1,000萬CFA及以上須申報——2025年3月18日第002-03-2025號指令第1條以（le seuil à partir duquel）設定義務，含本數（≥），簽署即生效。（2）第三國：自第三國進入科特迪瓦、或離開科特迪瓦前往第三國者，金額達500萬CFA及以上（含本數，≥）同樣申報——2024年7月16日第231/07/2024號指令第1條，措辭相同，簽署即生效，並明文廢止第008-09-2017號指令。申報為報告義務，並非無限額攜帶許可。科特迪瓦執行渠道：海關2296號通知（2024年4月3日）適用於所有出入科特迪瓦的旅客（無論運輸方式），且其條文明定申報所攜現金及說明來源的義務取決於適用的金額限額（est fonction du seuil des montants fixés），並非不論金額一律要求每位旅客申報；達到限額時，可在抵達口岸前經douanes.ci的SYDEF系統線上申報，或在海關（到達/出發）部門或官網領取紙質表格填報後由海關錄入SYDEF；SYDEF資訊通報CENTIF。注意：該通知自列限額（兩條路線均為500萬CFA並對外幣另設100萬CFA等值子限額）依據已廢止的09/2010/CM/UEMOA條例及008-09-2017號指令，已被現行規定超越且與之衝突，不得將此歷史數額與現行限額等同；是否須申報以現行適用的上述（1）部分區域限額為準；douanes.ci旅行者頁面仍顯示已廢止的2010年時期數額。無2025年3月18日後發佈的科特迪瓦海關文本確認SYDEF已實際適用2024/2025年BCEAO限額（未決CI-uemoa-2025-currency-audit-1）。該SYDEF/紙質渠道僅就本現金/票據申報獲得證明，並不暗示外匯申報使用同一表式或渠道：外匯申報的當地表式、渠道、費用及兩制度之間的關係均未解決（未決CI-fx-payment-means-declaration-local-1、CI-declaration-regimes-relation-1）。
