伯利茲旅遊局（BTB）2024-11-27 公告稱，邊境管理與移民服務局（Department of Border Management and Immigration Services）與海關及消費稅局（Customs and Excise Department）會同公共事業、能源、物流與電子政務部“已啟動一套新的線上移民與海關申報系統（Online Immigration and Customs Declaration System）”，並稱“自 2024 年 12 月 1 日起，該系統將在 Philip Goldson 國際機場對所有到達與出發（arrivals and departures）開放”，且將有“為期三個月、逐步全面線上化的過渡（a three-month phasing-in to a fully online process）”。據此，該機場入/出境雙向上線為已證歷史事實。同一公告又稱系統將於 2025-01-01“擴展至所有入境口岸（will be extended to all ports of entry）”；此為當時的計劃，本批無任何來源證實其已完成，故不主張全口岸覆蓋。2026 年 9 月抓取的移民局首頁仍僅以機場語境連結“E-Embarkation Form”（“Skip the hassle and save time at the Airport!
