預定航班時間前72小時內、抵達前填寫：出行當天、前一天或最遲三天前均可。
經V.C. Bird國際機場前往安提瓜和巴布達的旅客獲鼓勵在抵達前於 www.ArriveAntigua.com 線上填寫移民及海關申報表；原紙質ED卡已被該一體化電子系統替代。完成後獲發 QR Code（可截圖保存、加入iPhone錢包或保留郵件確認），所有抵達V.C. Bird國際機場的旅客在海關處將被要求出示Arrive AntiguaQR Code。抵達現場為需要協助的旅客提供協助。無需下載App，可用手機、平板或電腦填寫；表內含與停留及海關申報有關的簡短問卷。頁面另將“抵達與出境更快捷”列為出示 QR Code 的用途，但未據此設立單獨的出境程序。回答海關提問及申報境外取得物品、超額貨物的義務另記於 AG-arrival-customs-declaration，不因電子表而免除。

適用對象、例外與限額（完整說明）
在V.C. Bird國際機場，入境旅客前往指定海關隊列——“Nothing to Declare”（無申報）隊，或如物品須申報則改走“Declare”（申報）隊——並應備妥Declaration form（申報表）。按機場頁，只有攜帶超出免稅額貨物的抵安提瓜和巴布達者才需完成Customs Declaration；同戶多名成員同行時，可由一名成員完成合並海關申報。價值嚴格大於（>）10,000美元（USD $10,000）的現金及可轉讓票據須向海關申報——“現金”含任何幣種的硬幣與紙幣，“可轉讓票據”含支票、旅行支票、本票及匯票；該頁屬入境旅客指引，未陳述對應的出境申報門檻。另據海關及貨物稅局本域Airport Baggage Section頁：所有入境人員依法須向海關申報其行李中或隨身攜帶、在安提瓜和巴布達境外取得的物品，並須回答海關關員就其旅行、行李及內容物與其他進口物品提出的全部問題；此為加於全體入境者“向海關申報並回答關員詢問”的一般法定義務，並非要求全體入境者填寫超額貨物的Customs Declaration。同一海關頁述及紙質合併Immigration/Customs申報表於入出境口岸、航司與船舶代理及其辦事處發放，並建議抵達前預先填妥。兩頁均未說明該紙質合併表與ArriveAntigua電子表的關係，亦未說明超額貨物Customs Declaration的填寫載體（紙質或在電子表內）；兩項仍列為未知，記於AG-audit-3。
