出行前或旅途中，經Afsah網站/手機應用或口岸核准的其他披露系統辦理。
進出阿聯酋（雙向）旅客攜帶現金、貨幣、無記名可轉讓金融工具、貴金屬和寶石，價值超過60,000迪拉姆或其等值時須披露——為嚴格超過：不超過60,000迪拉姆可免予披露。未滿18歲旅客所持金額併入隨行成年家庭成員，合併總額不超過60,000迪拉姆為限。兩篇2023年ICP官文的獨立額度措辭均為'over the age of 18'（字面為超過18週歲、嚴格大於18：2023-02-07作'each family member over the age of 18'，2023-04-06作'all travelers to and from the State over the age of 18'），併入條款均用'under the age of 18'（嚴格未滿18；2021年FCA稿作'below 18 years'，併入父母額度）。無任何原文明示恰滿18歲者享有獨立額度或併入成人額度——恰滿18歲在字面上落於兩類條款之間的空隙，保留未決（見AE-age-18-independent-allowance），且不以阿聯酋民法成年年齡填補：現行記錄中未見海關披露規則與任何成年年齡條款的明確連接。嚴格超過60,000迪拉姆的披露門檻為獨立條件，不與年齡邊界混同。披露經'Afsah'系統（網站與手機應用）或阿聯酋口岸另行核准的披露系統辦理；申報主體含自然人與法人。
