The arrival card is submitted at twac.immigration.gov.tw, on a government .gov.tw host. The older niaspeedy.immigration.gov.tw address is outdated; if a guide sends you there, check its date before trusting anything else on the page.
Paper cards ended on 1 October 2025. Since then the arrival card is online only.
The agency has published a notice confirming the arrival card is submitted free of charge through the official channel. A page that quotes a price for this form is charging for something the agency does not.
The current submission window is within 7 days before arrival, extended in July 2026. That is more room than travellers had before, and it is the reason a guide written last year may tell you to wait.
The official homepage names three groups:
If you hold one of the residence documents named in the first group, the homepage is telling you the arrival card is not your step.
One person may file individually for up to 10 travellers. The group-file import supports up to 16. A family or a small tour does not need one account per person.
The official English manual names the items: email verification, passport upload or manual entry, nationality, passport expiry, conditional visa type and number, conditional occupation and job title, email and phone, arrival and departure flight or vessel, departure date in DD/MM/YYYY, purpose, accommodation, a relative contact when the purpose is visiting relatives, and a reason when the purpose is Other.
The system sends a confirmation email or electronic document. You do not have to show it at inspection: scanning the passport retrieves the TWAC record. Carry the same passport you used in the submission, and that step takes care of itself.
