The Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) is a free electronic form required for everyone entering Singapore — foreign visitors and Singapore PRs returning from abroad. It is filed at eservices.ica.gov.sg.
It includes a brief health declaration. It must be filed within 3 days before arrival. It is, and has always been, free.
