Panama’s Digital Sworn Traveler Declaration is a customs declaration for goods and values when entering or leaving the country. The official portal supports Spanish and English. The declaration is free and may also be completed manually.

One declaration can cover a family group. Online filers use a photograph in place of a handwritten signature and must keep the QR response code for customs.
