Nepal’s online Tourist Visa form is a pre-fill for visa on arrival. Submit it before travel, save the barcode receipt, pay the applicable fee, and present everything to the immigration officer who issues the visa at the port.
NepaliPort also has a separate Electronic Travel Authorization and a Nepalese-mission route. Do not treat those tiles as the same product.
