When customs examines traveller baggage.
NRA’s explanation of Tax and Duty Exemption Act 2023 section 27(c) limits treatment as travellers’ personal effects to no more than 0.25 litre eau de toilette and 50 grams perfume. It concerns customs treatment of excess quantities, not a ban on carrying those products. The source does not verify a general baggage declaration form, cash threshold or precious-stone export licence.
