Who it applies to, exceptions and limits (full text)

All passengers entering St Helena must complete a declaration in the form shown in the Second Schedule ("Every passenger or head of family MUST complete this form when entering St Helena") and submit it to Customs; the Collector may exempt a passenger under Regulation 10(2). If you do not have anything to declare then please state "NONE"; goods obtained outside St Helena that are not within duty-free allowances (not exempt from dues) must be listed — under s.30 of the Customs and Excise Ordinance, 1999, only goods not exempt from dues must be listed, so duty-free allowance items are not itemised. Territorial scope: St Helena island only; not extrapolated to Ascension or Tristan da Cunha.
