Form text (Spanish/English): 'TODO VIAJERO O JEFE DE FAMILIA QUE INGRESE O SALGA DEL PAÍS DEBE LLENAR UNA DECLARACIÓN' / 'ALL TRAVELERS OR HEAD FAMILY TO ENTER OR LEAVE THE COUNTRY MUST COMPLETE A DECLARATION' — all travelers or the head of family entering or leaving must declare, covering both ENTRADA/ENTRY and SALIDA/EXIT. One single online registration-and-print submission also carries every declaration topic together: tax exemption enjoyed in the last 6 months; cash, monetary values, titles, objects or precious metals (or a combination) equal to or above US$10,000.00 or equivalent — if yes, category, currency, class of title or precious metal, value in US$, origin and destination of funds; live animals, plants or food products; chemicals, pharmaceuticals, toxic substances or residues, weapons, ammunition or explosives; goods other than baggage; and countries visited in the last 30 days. These topics are one combined submission and are deliberately not split into separate procedures.
