At entry into and exit from Belarus: choose the red corridor and file the passenger customs declaration when carrying declarable goods or cash over the thresholds; crossing the green-corridor line otherwise constitutes a statement of nothing to declare. Cash: declaration on single entry into or exit from the EAEU customs territory when exceeding the USD 10,000 equivalent. Keep the completed declaration copy for the whole period of temporary stay in (or outside) the EAEU customs territory and present it to the customs authority on departure (return).

Direction: goods and cash taken into or out of Belarus (customs territory of the EAEU). Per the State Customs Committee (GTK) red-corridor page captured 2026-09-26: a passenger must complete a customs declaration and use the red corridor when carrying, on entry into Belarus, goods subject to customs payments — e.g. goods worth over EUR 500 and/or weighing over 25 kg when entering by land transport; over EUR 10,000 and/or over 50 kg when entering by air; alcoholic drinks and beer over 3 litres up to 5 litres per person aged 18+; ethyl alcohol — or goods not treated as personal goods under Annex 6 to EEC Council Decision No. 107 of 20.12.2017, goods subject to prohibitions/restrictions (animals, weapons, narcotics, human biological samples, radio-electronic devices), goods imported duty-free (inherited goods, settlers, cultural values), cash and/or traveller cheques whose total on a single entry into or exit from the customs territory of the Union exceeds the equivalent of USD 10,000 at the rate on the declaration filing day, monetary instruments other than traveller cheques (bills, cheques, documentary securities), coffins/urns, and unregistered foreign-registered vehicles. The red-corridor page lists separate exit triggers (e.g. cultural values, biological samples, rare species, vehicles for personal use not registered in EAEU states). The green-corridor page states the corridors apply at entry into and exit from Belarus and that crossing the green-corridor entry line is itself a statement that no goods subject to declaration are carried. The GTK duty-free norms page (same capture) gives duty-free import norms: accompanied/unaccompanied air baggage — up to EUR 10,000 and 50 kg; non-air transport or on foot — from 1 April 2024 up to EUR 500 and 25 kg (previously EUR 1,000/31 kg until 1 April 2024); carrier-delivered — from 1 April 2024 EUR 200/31 kg; international post — from 1 April 2024 EUR 200/31 kg gross; alcoholic drinks over 0.5% ABV — 3 litres; tobacco — 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars (cigarillos) or 200 heated-tobacco sticks or 250 g; ages 18+ applies for entry into Belarus (21 for Kazakhstan). The GTK cash page cites subitems 7) and 8) of paragraph 1 of Article 260 of the EAEU Customs Code: written declaration covers cash and/or traveller cheques exceeding the USD 10,000 equivalent on single entry/exit, and monetary instruments other than traveller cheques; cash at or below the USD 10,000 equivalent may be declared voluntarily; from 4 February 2020 (ECE Board Decision No. 130 of 06.08.2019) documents confirming the origin of funds must accompany the declaration when the total exceeds USD 100,000. Currency conversion thresholds are expressed in USD/EUR equivalents; the declaration is the passenger customs declaration (пассажирская таможенная декларация), filed in two copies (main and additional forms) when cash exceeds USD 10,000. Form specimen (EEC official portal, captured complete 2026-09-28): the passenger customs declaration main form and its annex are the form set approved by EEC Collegium Decision No. 124 of 23 July 2019. The main form is completed by a person aged 16 or over; its box 3.1 marks cash and/or traveller cheques over USD 10,000 equivalent (per person), and bills, cheques (bank cheques) and securities, with an instruction that the annex to the declaration must then also be completed; a copy of the completed declaration is kept for the entire period of temporary stay on (or outside) the EAEU customs territory and is presented to the customs authority on departure (return). The annex separately records: additional declarant details (date of birth; visa or residence-permit details), cash and traveller cheques (banknotes, treasury bills and coins, with amount and currency), monetary instruments other than traveller cheques (name, issuer, issue date, identifying number, nominal value or amount, or quantity), the owner where the declarant is not the owner, the source of the funds, the intended use, and the route and means of transport. Legal-basis corroboration: Article 260(1) items 7)–8) of the EAEU Customs Code (web-reader excerpt of the official EEC code PDF; the complete original PDF was not retrieved) — written declaration applies to cash and/or traveller cheques whose total on a single entry into or exit from the Union customs territory exceeds the USD 10,000 equivalent at the rate on the day the passenger customs declaration is filed, and to monetary instruments other than traveller cheques; the declaration is completed in Russian, in English or in the state language of the member state whose customs authority receives it, and declarants may be persons aged 16 or over. The amount and weight thresholds above remain anchored to the GTK pages captured 2026-09-26; the 2019 form is not treated as the legal source of the 2026 amounts.
