"Cannot log in"

Wrong account email or password. Use the official Digital Agency page, not a copied login page.

"QR not available"

A missing section is usually incomplete traveler, trip, immigration, or customs data.

"Paper form requested"

Airport fallback. Fill the paper form; it does not mean Visit Japan Web was fake.

    Email arrives

    Within a few minutes from a go.jp address, with the record details.

    At immigration

    Show the Visit Japan Web QR codes for immigration/customs if you created them. Paper forms remain the fallback when the airport flow asks for them.
