The Curaçao Digital Immigration Card is mandatory for foreign visitors. It is separate from any visa requirement and costs nothing.
The application is one per person and per trip, including children. Curaçao residents are exempt. A visitor is someone staying at least one night and up to 90 nights for leisure, business or family matters without working for a local person or entity.
The designated application host is dicardcuracao.com. It does not use a government suffix. Start from the Curaçao Tourist Board entry page, which directly links that host and states that the card is mandatory and free.
Then open the card:
Do not pay another site for a DI Card. A fee is not a government charge.
The official portal says to complete the card within seven days before departure. Its FAQ also says submission remains possible up to one hour before arrival. Earlier than seven days is not the filing window; leaving it until the final hour adds avoidable risk.
Use the confirmed flight. If the flight is missed or cancelled, the card stays active for at least one day after the original arrival date and immigration can update the actual flight.
The official process lists travel, passport, contact and personal information, followed by the disclaimer, review and submission.
The FAQ adds three useful rules:
The live form does not publish readable regexes, character limits or validation messages. No hidden format is claimed here.
Download the PDF after submission and keep the emailed copy. The portal requires confirmation at airline check-in and again at immigration, either digitally or printed.
The card does not guarantee admission. The immigration officer makes the final decision.
