All foreign visitors to Curaçao must complete a Digital Immigration Card for each person and each trip. Residents are exempt. The card is free and separate from visa status.
The application host is dicardcuracao.com, not a government suffix. Verify it by starting from the Curaçao Tourist Board entry page, which links directly to that portal and says the DI Card costs nothing.
