Cuba D'Viajeros, the free form, and how to spot the sites pretending to be it.

Cuba has two different entry steps that are often presented as one product.

1. D’Viajeros is the free advance passenger-information form. Every arriving passenger completes it for each arrival, including children. It produces the QR code used for immigration, customs and health processing.
2. The tourist eVisa is a separate entry permission for travellers who need one. It replaced the old physical Tourist Card and its price depends on the issuing consulate or authorised channel.

Complete D’Viajeros during the seven days before travel. If you need a tourist visa, obtain the eVisa code first and enter it in D’Viajeros.

• D’Viajeros fee: free.
• Who: every arriving passenger, including each child, for each arrival.

• Result: PDF with QR code by email; phone or printout is accepted.
• Tourist visa: separate. The current eVisa portal is evisacuba.cu, a non-.gob.cu host linked from the Cuban Ministry of Tourism’s Cuba Travel page and branded by the Cuban Foreign Ministry.
• Old Tourist Card: replaced by the tourist eVisa. Do not plan a 2026 trip around buying a paper card.
