The .gov.bb form opens 72 hours before arrival and returns separate Immigration and Customs receipts.
The Barbados ED Form combines immigration and customs information. It produces separate receipts for Immigration and Customs. Keep both available at arrival.
The official portal uses the government host travelform.gov.bb and charges no filing fee. If another site requests payment for the standard form, return to the .gov.bb address.
The form opens 72 hours before the scheduled arrival. Use the confirmed flight or vessel and current accommodation. The official wording describes when the form becomes available; it does not promise a fixed processing time.
The portal lists flight information, passenger passports and a valid email address. The Immigration Department also lists a passport valid for the trip, a return ticket, intended address and evidence of personal support among visitor entry items.
The receipts are emailed after submission. Save the Immigration receipt and the Customs receipt to the device used during travel. Print backups if possible, and present each receipt to the relevant service on arrival.
