Start with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs list, not the payment page.
It separates ordinary-passport arrangements from diplomatic or service passports and gives the permitted stay. It also contains time-limited schemes with start and end dates. Check the exact passport and travel date.
If the trip is visa-free, there is no ASAN e-Visa form to submit. Do not pay an intermediary to file one.
Not every passport that needs a visa can use the online system.
The live eligibility page also flags temporary visa-free routes for specified passports. A passport can therefore appear in the broad e-Visa list while a current temporary rule means the first entries should be visa-free.

The charge is non-refundable, including after refusal. Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay are accepted, and the card may belong to another person.
The arrival document must be the same one selected in the application. Dual nationals should decide which passport they will carry before starting.
