Aruba ED Card: Official Form and USD 20 Fee (2026)
The ED Card is mandatory. The USD 20 sustainability fee is a separate charge collected in the same flow from most air arrivals.
One form, two separate obligations
Every passenger travelling to Aruba must complete the online ED Card and obtain approval. This includes infants and children. The card applies to arrivals at airports and seaports.
Most air arrivals also pay a USD 20 sustainability fee through the same portal. The payment is a separate Aruba sustainability charge, not a fee charged by a form-filling middleman. It applies only to airport arrivals.
Published exemptions include residents, children under 8 and repeat visitors who already paid during the same calendar year. Check the current exemption list before payment.

Seven-day window
Complete the ED Card within seven days before travel. Use the confirmed arrival and departure itinerary. For applicable air arrivals, the sustainability fee must be paid before airline check-in so the traveller can receive clearance and continue to the entry questions.
Confirmation
Review every field before submission. Aruba recommends printing the online application and confirmation. Keep a digital copy as well, and carry the approved confirmation for airline check-in and arrival.
