The Aruba ED Card is a mandatory online admission step for every passenger, including infants and children. It applies at air and seaports and opens within seven days before travel.
The ED Card and the sustainability fee are not the same charge. Most travellers arriving by air pay a USD 20 sustainability fee inside the ED Card flow. Sea arrivals do not pay that fee. Residents, children under 8 and other published groups are exempt.
